Handling times

All of our orders are prepared within a period of 24 to 48 hours (working days). Freshly roasted guaranteed coffees requires regular roasting, which may result in this time being longer. Be sure that we do everything possible to make sure that your coffee arrives as quickly as possible! Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Over busy periods, preparation may take up to 48/72 hours. 

The sale of machines is restricted to customers residing in Luxembourg.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before you send your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will choose your shipping method & price.

Your order will be delivered by Fedex or Xpress Logistics. You just have to choose "home delivery" in the shipping options.

In case you wish to return your order, the return shipping fees are borne by the customer.


Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but will usually take 1 to 2 days in Luxembourg, longer for other countries. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a message by email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel.

Parceling and insurances 

Your purchases will be packaged with the utmost care, using adequate protective materials. This allows us to offer a delivery service under optimum conditions. 

The products are insured against deterioration and theft for the duration of the transport, for shipping outside Luxembourg. If you have any doubt about the condition or content of the order, you are required to refuse the goods upon reception. Any refused parcels should be sent back in its entirety and in its original packaging.


Returns & cancellation policy

We accept returns on non-perishable products (equipment and accessories). Returns are not accepted on coffees. If you are not happy with your product for any reason please contact us for a free replacement product or a partial or full refund. Absolutely no returns are accepted after 14 days from delivery date.

Individual non-business customers have a withdrawal period of seven days from delivery of their order in which to return their product to the seller for an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

Orders cannot be cancelled if the item has been shipped, but should be returned instead for a full or partial refund. Any return need our prior permission, via e-mail.
