Our coffee beans are macerated in rye & malt whisky distilled by Camille Duhr of the Diedenacker Distillery in Niederdonven.
This whisky has the particularity of having been aged in wooden barrels made from Luxembourg wines.
When the Roude Léiw coffee beans have assimilated all the flavours of this exceptional whisky, they are roasted by Olivier Delrue.
During the roasting process, the alcohol is consumed but the refined flavours of the whisky are retained.
The result is surprising : a true Kaffi whisky.
