A real Quetsch coffee! But without alcohol!
A selection of Roude Léiw coffee beans are macerated in Drëpp, distilled by Caroline Adam. It is only when the Roude Léiw coffee beans have assimilated the flavours of the Quetsch that they are roasted by Olivier Delrue.
During the roasting process, the alcohol is consumed, but the flavours are retained : that's why we can say that it is coffe with 'no' alcohol. Available in box of 30 capsules or in coffee beans, bag of 250g.
